Motorboat rental on Lake Garda

Motorboat rental

Visit and see Lake Garda from the water is a very fascinating experience. Every village on the lake has a port or an area with buoys to moor your boat and visit the village or just have a drink whilst looking at the view. The southern part of the lake is the busiest part in terms of boats because it is very large and allows you to move between many fascinating villages with a quick boat: San Felice, Manerba, Moniga, Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, Bardolino, Garda, Torri, Lazise, all these villages have an open harbor where you can dock for a few hours. Must see sights are the Castle and the ancient Roman villa of "Grotte di Catullo" in Sirmione, or the island of Garda with its own Castle in San Felice. You can also see Punta San Vigilio, a small peninsula in the Gulf of Garda,  which is perfect to be admired from a boat. Legend has it that Sir Winston Churchill came here to relax, letting himself be charmed by the pleasurable afternoon wind that comes from the lake. Punta San Vigilio is a few minutes by boat from Mos Camping and from there you can admire the Renaissance villa, surrounded by cypress trees, which dominates Punta San Vigilio. On the tip of the peninsula there is a small bar where you can sip a drink while enjoying a wonderful holiday on Lake Garda. The trip around Lake Garda with a rental boat can go on by visiting Gardone Riviera, a beautiful village, where you can stop along on the lakefront to have a coffee or admire the architecture of San Marco Tower, once know as Ruhland tower, but its name was changed by the poet Gabriele d'Annunzio when he became its owner in 1925. To complete the tour, you can sail towards the north, to Malcesine and Limone where you can appreciate the Medieval Castle and Limone's popular lakefront. Renting a boat on Lake Garda can be done without a boating license with engines up to 40 PS, therefore good and fast for wonderful sailing on Lake Garda, and cherished memories.
